A 6-Week Series for Mama + Baby

Join Mama Be Well at Seaside Power Yoga for a 6-week yoga series designed for postpartum mamas + pre-crawling babies. We will move through a gentle sequence tailored for the postpartum body, to help strengthen and calm our bodies + minds. Emphasis will be placed on connecting with our breath, babies, core and pelvic floor. We will learn ways to include baby throughout our practice to encourage movement and bonding. Our time together will include supportive discussions on various postpartum and infant development topics each week.

$160 for the series, $30 drop-in



a mat for you + a blanket for baby.
